Please read these Terms of Use ('Agreement') carefully before contacting UIBORDOMA ("us," "merchant," or "our"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for work with us and any of our related services. By working with us in any capacity you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Property Rights

Designs created by us will remain under our ownership until payment is fully rendered and confirmed. Once payment is confirmed, the rights to designs will be transferred to the client in complete.
We will retain the right to use designs for showcase purposes unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties

Payments

Payments must be agreed upon by both parties before work can begin. This includes totals, payment plans, and payment methods.
If a down payment is required by us then it must be rendered in complete before work can begin.

Scope of Work

Prior to work beginning, the scope of work will be discussed and clearly defined. Any additional requests made by the client outside of the initial scope of work may incur additional charges.

Liabilities

Any damages incurred by any of our products are deemed not to be our responsiblity - all fault will be allocated unto the client unless otherwise discussed.

No compensation is gauranteed by us for any damages incurred by our products, although it may be granted based on the discretion of the merchant.

Warranties

Issues found by the client within 90 days of payment being confirmed will be corrected at no additional charge to the client.

If issues are found after the deadline, additional charges may be incurred.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in the event that we are not able to complete work discussed be in the scope of work.

Terminations

In the event of a client cancellation, the client is required to pay 50% of the original total unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

In the lack of a formal contract, this termination fee will be determined by the merchant in good faith.
